Esthetic Restorations of Anterior Teeth and Implants

Abstract
Several all-ceramic systems have been developed over time to raise the esthetic standard without jeopardizing strength and longevity. As in prosthetic dentistry, implant dentistry may also benefit from new CAD/CAM technology that utilizes highly sintered aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide for the fabrication of cores and crowns. Recent developments have proved that anterior three-unit metal-free bridges, laminate veneers, and abutments can be obtained with this technique.

Through various clinical patient presentations, this course stressed the versatility of the ProceraŽ System and the strategy of utilization of the different restorative materials and coping thicknesses in order to predictably reach the highest esthetic standards.
