The One-Piece Implant

Abstract
The one-piece implant becomes a natural choice when immediate implant function is accepted as legi artis. Not only from the aspect of easy treatment protocols but also from a physiological standpoint. With the one-piece design the surgical invasion is minimized and with the option of chair-side implant margin preparations, the implant contour can be optimally adapted to the patient.

The one-piece implant protocols were presented and the indications for the implant were discussed. Short-term results of a pilot study were presented.
